Society of Creative People
Design Objective:
To create a new logo for the "Society of Creative People" and showcase an artist or designer exhibition in a poster format. To fulfill this objective, I created a logo that could work either as an icon (or together with typography to the right: shown above).
The artist I chose to feature was the work of Stefan Sagmeister. It was required that we create a poster in the style of the particular artist/designer we had chosen. Those familiar with the work of Sagmeister will be aware of his unusual placement of and interpretation of typography, using found objects and other slightly over-the-edge surroundings.
